On February 18, the 2015 HOdo Good News award ceremony as jointly organized by the Propaganda Department of Wuxi municipal Party committee and Xishan district committee was grandly held in HOdo Group. Si Jinquan, deputy director of Propaganda Department of the provincial Party committee and director of Foreign Propaganda Office of the provincial Party committee, Cai Wenyu,deputy director of Propaganda Department of the municipal Party committee, Dou Hong, standing member of Xishan District and head of Propaganda Department, Zhou Haijiang, president of HOdo Group as well as the People's Daily, Xinhua News Agency, CCTV, Ta Kung Pao, PhoenixNet and other overseas media attended the ceremony. 

The “HOdo Good News” award ceremony aimed at showing the image of Wuxi, spreading the culture of Wuxi, encouraging all the media to pay more attention to the development of Wuxi, to actively report Wuxi’s publicity and to add color to publicizing Wuxi with more wonderful works. The activity appraised 28 award-winning works in all, including one special award, three first prizes, 6 second class prizes, 8 third prizes, and 10 honorable mentions. During the ceremony, awards were also presented to the excellent journalists for publicizing and showing the development of Wuxi in the newspapers and periodicals at home and abroad, broadcasting stations, TV stations, and news media. 

Si Jinquan, deputy director of Propaganda Department of the provincial Party committee and director of Foreign Propaganda Office of the provincial Party committee showed up at the activity and made a speech. He believed that HOdo Group had provided the most ideal conditions for journalistic work in terms of its construction of SSEZ and the external publicity of Wuxi. He also emphasized that HOdo Group was the rich ore for Wuxi news and Wuxi’s pride in terms of products, brand, culture, transformation and so on.
